There was nothing but teenagers working at this location when I visited and they didn’t move with any sense of urgency. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo and that took about 30 minutes. No communication on why it was taking so long just that they coming. Then when I finally got the food you would think it’ll be fresh. The lettuce was soggy and the mozzarella sticks were old.

There is one spectacular server here, I wish I knew her name. Otherwise, the service at this sonic takes a long time. The workers are pretty mean to you when you’re trying to pick up an app order. They are frequently short staffed.

They ignored me and my 3 small well-behaved grandchildren. Would not take our order. Three employees were outside gossiping. Ignored my questions. It was very strange. After attempting to order several times, we left. Very strange experience. Around 3 pm. They were not busy.

I used to LOVE this Sonic, but tonight was by far the worst experience I have ever had there. It looked like there were 2 employees working, no one knew what was going on, one employee was sitting behind the building for awhile while the other younger looking one looked stressed out doing all the work. He seemed like he was also possibly new because it didn't seem like he knew how everything worked. He asked what stall we were in when we pressed the button and then came out to take our order because he couldn't hear. He tried to remember it all and almost got it right, but did have to go back to fix one or two things. I felt bad for the kid... so I gave him a little extra tip and told him he was doing well handling himself under such pressure. I'm not sure what was going on, but clearly management there is terrible. They need more employees and that kid working himself stressed deserved a raise for everything he was doing and the way he was being treated. The company should be ashamed of themselves for the way they are running the place. Lots of cars left before ordering or getting their food (we came close, but as I was backing out he was bringing the food so we stayed). I wouldn't recommend going there until management fixes their mistakes and how they are running that place... because right now it's just a joke and a waste of time and money.

Food taste like sonic. Service is what you'd expect. Asked for ranch when the guy brought my card back he said he's go get it never came back. Pushed the button after waiting and they just said yeah we're out.

As a Purple Heart Recipient and Medically Retired U.S. Marine, I am flabbergasted and taken aback at the sheer amount of disrespect I have received from the young men of the this particular Sonic location's staff.Sonic Management really should do something to replace the staff here. Each time I have visited this location, when you go to make an order, please do not expect good service of any sort. This Sonic location's staff seems to be here to do anything but help you. The young men here are beyond rude. I feel as if going here is a waste of my time and gas. It's as if, when you visit this particular location, that the young men of the staff here act as if you're an INCONVENIENCE to them or something.I have since taken my business elsewhere, to another nearby Sonic location who actually values their customer's business.

Our car hop took forever to come to us, gave us the wrong order, then took forever coming to bring us what was supposed to be the right order but still had an extra drink on it. After looking at the receipt, I noticed that he even took the order wrong. We got an extra drink we didn't want, but had paid for... whatever. The food and drinks are always on point here.
