Love this location.The cookies are always fresh and so nicely decorated.The request I made for my cake was completed on time and the art was beyond my expectations. The frosting artist is really talented. ??The staff is really friendly and the store is always clean.
First time here, very clean and friendly atmosphere. Isaiah was extremely helpful and took his time explaining what flavors and toppings & other items you have. One of the most mature friendly and kind employees I have had the pleasure of meeting recently. Isaiah didn’t rush us, was polite and fun. The Great American cookie on Airline in Prairieville without a doubt, hands down, is my absolute favorite one. The customer service was great. I had difficult task, which I didn't have any hope we would be successful. They took the time to help me figure out something as simple as founding a receipt. Small to some, but a huge help to me.
