The male who works at this location is NOT friendly at all. I felt intimated when placing my order in person. I felt rushed by him to place my order quickky, maybe because it was 10 minutes before closing? There was no one other customer waiting. The frappe I ordered was decent, not exactly what I wanted because I didn't get to place my order accurately... the batista who made my order was very friendly and bubbly, even at the end of the day she was in great spirits!

Stopped by to have a cup of coffee and pastry. A good location to sit a have time to enjoy the brewed coffee or drip style. Just think there should be a better variety of condiments and additives to coffee. Pleasant staff and great atmosphere.

I greeted the cashier, she said nothing. I spoke again and she barely opened her mouth to speak back. As I get my coffee, the young lady who handed me my drink had a angry look on her face. I still said thanks and she put my drink on the counter and walked away. I was not pleased with the energy or customer service ?.

This has absolutely nothing to do with the staff. It has everything to do with how the location is managed.There should not be a franchise location in downtown of the capital of a state, connected to a hotel, that doesn't take Starbucks ap payments. That's bananas. It's a major location. This needs to get fixed.

Don’t pay for any extra espresso shots at this starbucks. Ordered a quad shot drink the color of milk and the barista was extremely passive aggressive
