The staff was really friendly and the food was excellent. Ordered it to go and the wait was not long at all. Definitely recommend them when you're in Baton Rouge!!!
This iconic downtown staple serves up traditional overstuffed po' boys, classic Cajun lunches, and fried seafood. Crispy catfish po' boys, red beans and rice, and rich seafood gumbo headline a time-honored menu. Vintage diner counter seating, historic local photos, and fast hospitality offer an authentic vibe.
Food was good. Service was good. The person that cashed us out was very helpful with some suggestions on that to do.
Only issue was not with the resturant, it is the parking around the area. $30 for general parking is crazy on a Saturday at noon.
