Stopped by to have a cup of coffee and pastry. A good location to sit a have time to enjoy the brewed coffee or drip style. Just think there should be a better variety of condiments and additives to coffee. Pleasant staff and great atmosphere.

I greeted the cashier, she said nothing. I spoke again and she barely opened her mouth to speak back. As I get my coffee, the young lady who handed me my drink had a angry look on her face. I still said thanks and she put my drink on the counter and walked away. I was not pleased with the energy or customer service ?.

This has absolutely nothing to do with the staff. It has everything to do with how the location is managed.There should not be a franchise location in downtown of the capital of a state, connected to a hotel, that doesn't take Starbucks ap payments. That's bananas. It's a major location. This needs to get fixed.

Didn't get any food and didn't have our drinks there. They were fast though. In and out within 2 minutes so that is always nice.

Cashier was great, barista making drinks was rude, cussed. When my coffee was make wrong I asked for ice, was given watered down cream. Order doesn’t show on my app, missing stars and bonus

The male who works at this location is NOT friendly at all. I felt intimated when placing my order in person. I felt rushed by him to place my order quickky, maybe because it was 10 minutes before closing? There was no one other customer waiting. The frappe I ordered was decent, not exactly what I wanted because I didn't get to place my order accurately... the batista who made my order was very friendly and bubbly, even at the end of the day she was in great spirits!

Don’t pay for any extra espresso shots at this starbucks. Ordered a quad shot drink the color of milk and the barista was extremely passive aggressive

This Starbucks is consistently understaffed, unstocked, and offline for mobile orders. Not sure why other Starbucks in the area can remain stocked with breakfast sandwich and other goods but this location struggles so much. The people actually working here are trying their best but clearly are getting no help from management.

Great location in Downtown Baton Rouge. Within walking distance of several restaurants. We stayed during the Spanish Town parade and we enjoyed the convenient location. Bed was a little firmer than we prefer but overall room was clean and nice.

I came in on 1/21/23 at 4:45pm. When I walked in I waited in line and the guy that checked me out was nice but as I was waiting for my order the lady Barista with the red circle framed glasses was not calling out the names of peoples orders or the drinks. So I waited an extra ten minutes and finally asked about my drink and her respond was “oh it’s been sitting there.” Not great customer service.

It's a Courtyard with a very neat location downtown in Baton Rouge, LA. Hotel is very new, has lots of plugs and places to charge your devices. Fridge and coffee maker supplied. Everything as you would expect. The room was in excellent condition. Parking is a little strange self parking is a block away but you get there quick. I would stay here again and I am lifetime Titanium with Marriott. No photos but the photos on the corporate site and this site are both very good and represent the actual facility.
