Stopped in while visiting the city for a quick lunch. Great spot for quick quality food. Cafe Mimi is counter service, so I'd recommend figuring out what to get when you're on the way there. We had the Shaking beef and Pho, both were really good and came out super fast. Was this the best Viet cuisine I've ever had? No. But did it hit the spot and leave me full? Absolutely.
I go to Café Mimi often on my lunch breaks. The service and food is great! I wish there were more vegetarian options, but the ones they do have are really good.Vegetarian options: Café Mimi has three vegetarian dishes that I get all the time. Veggie fried rice (can request no egg), veggie vermicelli bowl and veggie lo mein. They also have tofu that can be added upon request and some vegetarian sides.

Best biscuits period. Eat them plain. The white gravy is good, but the biscuit is better. Generous serving of bacon with the big breakfast. Grits need a little work though.Staff is very friendly, haven't made it for lunch yet. Will update.
