I just waited for 30 minutes in line for hot chocolate. The girl at the window offered no apology for the wait, no common courtesy small-talk, no straw, did not verbally read the order back, anything. There did not appear any legitimate reason for the long wait as the store was not busy and I could see her back as she leaned almost against the drive-thru window the entire time. She handed me the drink and it tasted like hot water. This Starbucks and all of its workers, especially the ones on shift tonight, sucked. You should have just closed rather than serve customers horrible tasting drinks with horrible customer service. DO NOT COME HERE, NO MATTER THE LEVEL OF DESPERATION.

I went in to order a coffee and needed to use the restroom first. I was in a suit and asked for the door code for the bathroom and they wouldn’t give it to me until I placed an order. Which I was going to do after I washed my hands and used the restroom. The staff was rude and this policy is ridiculous. Meanwhile the place was full of teleworkers with empty coffees.
Coffee and food are fine but this is by far the slowest Starbucks I’ve been to. Do yourself a favor and go to the Starbucks on corporate. They’re so much faster!

I chose the College Drive Starbucks because it was close to a restaurant I was going to for lunch. I needed coffee real bad and wanted a nice comfortable and quiet place to work. I ordered a grande dark coffee of the day and added oat milk and one sugar in the raw. Stirred it up and it was perfect. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks location for a quick stop and a great place to study, do work, or meet friends. Enjoy!
