20240328 Wow! The barista at the register was so welcoming, polite, and nice. She seemed like a sweet lady. I ordered the honey citrus mint tea. It was good!! Thx!! I didn't see any Louisiana Been There Mugs. Traffic was horrible getting in and out of the parking lot. Recommend walking if you can.

I was only standing in the parking lot. I made many observations during this time.(Update:January 27, 2024)1. Apparently, on a Saturday, no one stays home to make coffee anymore? In Baton Rouge2. It feels more or less like a social experiment. ? to solicit a reaction. It's common knowledge what these experiments are, but review the posted image.3. Coughing; eye touching; becoming flushed in the face (embarrassed), pointing phones, disagreeing with everything‽; color association ...etc.... are clearly tell tale signs of being observed. This is all designed to solicit a reaction4. I only showed up to this starbucks to observe the environment. And once again, have a controlled experiment of my own. To see the patterns and cues.6. The employees drive vehicles with temp tags. 5 out of 7 vehicles have out of state plates. 7 out of 10 vehicles have brighter than normal lights and angle their vehicle(s) so the head lights are dead on, in my face. Car alarms are going off. Making darting glances/pointing.7. In conclusion; run the metrics of this locations activity over the past year and only run Saturdays. Specifically, I want to see to the volume of sales between 7 am and 8 am. There are only 52 weeks in a year. therefore, this is a data set of 52 samples.

22 minutes to get a tall pikes coffee at 1 in the afternoon! Usually person taking order just pours it and I go but for some unknown reason, this store makes you wait inline for all the other crazy orders until the barista is finally able to take 5 seconds and pour a cup of pike. Worst Starbucks service ever!!!

The staff was excellent as far as communication and customer service. However, This location was extremely slow. It was a game day for LSU football so that is probably why, but it took at least 30 minutes to get two drinks.And they forgot to add the oat milk to my coffee which I didn’t realize until we were in the road.They also do not have a bathroom inside the location which was a bit annoying.Could have just been an off day but you’re in a hurry or have to use the restroom maybe try a different location.

Starbucks, fix my coffee correctly if ya'll don't want to remake it. I go to another coffee shop and they never give me weak or tastless Americano. Their largest cups are smaller than Starbucks, they put 3 shots of Americano but my coffee was never weak. I never need to ask or request if they can put enough Espresso shots in my coffee but they always make it right! One day, I asked how many shots they put in a large cup out of curiosity. At this location, before I pay, I would ask them if they can put enough shots in my coffee, but some of them still give me watery coffee! It's like I always need to beg them to fix the coffee right. The lady who wears a bonnet, I think she's a manager, Whenever she takes my order or she is there, I'd always ask her if she can fix my coffee, hate to bother her when she's in the middle of something, but she never give me watery coffee, but I don't see her there anymore. The other Starbucks location is always short handed and they gave me hot coffee in a dusty container so I stopped coming there. The guy that works in the morning, he always make my coffee right. Gabi works in the evening, she makes my coffee right, too. But when I didn't see Gabi for 2 weeks, they kept giving me weak coffee. I paid $9 for 2 cups of large coffee that taste like water, and went to another coffee shop to order more, waste of money, gas, time and the traffic. I can tell if my coffee is weak or not just by looking at the color, but the coffee looks bubbly when it's newly made so I can't tell. I find the Americano at Starbucks taste better than other coffee shops so I liked to get it here. Not anymore. A lady who used to work at Starbucks told me that some Baristas don't care or they just don't know how to make coffee, or some are not properly trained. When I seen comments in other articles from customers who complain that Starbucks always give them watery coffee, I stopped coming here. Not worth it! Plus their parking lot needs to get fix. I was wearing flip flops and I almost got poke and fell after I trip on a rusty steel that was in the ground, that wasn't suppose to show at all? Good thing I was on my way in and wasn't walking so fast or it could have had hurt me, and not on my way out holding cups of hot coffee, I looked down just in time so I was able to raise my foot to avoid getting hurt from the steel, it poke the bottom of my slipper.Also I noticed that I only order hot plain coffee and their priority is to make Frappuccino of the customers in the drive through and in store that came later on after me. My daughter told me she noticed how they look at the stickers and would pick what they make first and they would put my order on the side to make later on. There was an occasion where I almost cried after waiting for 30-40 mins for plain hot coffee.On another occasion, I think a new employee had fix me Blonde Espresso instead of the Traditional one. The coffee wasn't tasteless, but didn't have the distinct aroma and taste of the Original Espresso. I'm a coffee drinker, my taste buds can tell if it's Italian Roast, French, Cuban, etc. At Racetrack you fix coffee yourself, you just press the button, I go there for Guatemalan coffee and my coffee always come out dark.Sometimes the employees would separate 2 cups, put them on the counter, put them back together, then separate them again, then they'll put coffee in them. If the bottom of the cup had touched the counter top and you put it back in another cup, then you separate them again, and you put coffee in them ( That's not hygienic ).In the evening time, an employee was picking up garbage bag from the trash can when we came there. She stopped what she's doing to take my order and fix coffee. I noticed how she was acting like her hands are dirty, but she fix the coffee without washing her hands :(( I hope they'll wash their hands after touching garbage or cleaners.
