Terrible customer service, one of the employees talked disgustingly about a customers order while she was standing right there in-front of him. He couldn’t even wait for the customer to leave.Other employees chimed in and you can tell it made the customer feel uncomfortable. I’m usually not the one to take time out of my day to do this because I work in retail and I understand customers complain about the smallest amount of things that are just outrageous but this was very disrespectful. It was a young man with locs and glasses with a terrible attitude.

The food and drinks are the only thing that deserves more than one star. If I could give this location negative 10 stars I would. I have never been so insulted in my life from a particular young male with locs and glasses who was making the drinks in the to go area. For him to publicly shame my drink in front of the entire store and mock my drink with staff was out right embarrassing. The only reason why I didn’t throw it back at him in face was because I didn’t want to make a bigger scene than he did. It’s ok to not like what someone is ordering but it’s deplorable for you to make fun of and mock customers in front of their face. He didn’t know that it was my order because it was mobile, but I arrived and waited ten minutes for my drink and that entire time he made rude comments about it. And then when I called the store to make a complaint he answered the phone and lied and said there was no manager available and they would not be there until five, especially when I saw the young lady who was the manager there. I will continue to support the other locations on corporate and college, and if I see him at those locations since they share workers I won’t be ordering. He is the worst thing at that store.

One of my favourite places to visit on a weekend morning to have hot breakfast, hot coffee and a relaxing environment.One of the best thing that you need to do if you want to relax and don't want to wait in a queue as to order on the Starbucks app.One of my favourites item is to order tea chai latte with milk foam, whole milk, 5 pumps of Chai extra hot, no waterCafe latte with milk foam whole milk, double espresso shots, extra hot with two sugar.Warmed up cheese, Danish warmed up butter. Croissant, warmed up banana nut loaf.Cheese grilled sandwich is the top notch.We enjoyed the chai tea latte and the cafe latte the most that we kept on repeating order. It was 3 cups each.The staff is polite and friendly. The service is quick. Best thing that you have ordered online so once your order is ready, they keep it aside and they call your name, so you can pick it up And enjoy the meal.I really like the place because of the cool environment very good, silent ambience and good hospitality. Five Star. ? ? ? ?

One of the worse Starbucks I've been to in Baton Rouge. They are constantly out of a ton of stuff. Also, they are always slow & shorthanded. I used to order ahead on the app at 7am, arrive at 7:30 and still have to wait 10+ minutes. The people walking up to the counter order, pay and leave while I'm still waiting. The point of ordering ahead is to have it ready when the customer arrives, otherwise we'd just go to the counter. There should not be a wait that long. Half of this is due to low staffing & the other half is the employees, they move slow, gossip and do not multitask. They need more training. There's no need to stare at the coffee machine while it's pouring coffee when you could be prepared sauces or whatever for other drinks. Very inefficient, won't be back.

They don’t care about mobile orders. Staff also opens their doors. It’ll be 7am and they are supposed to open around 5am and they’re still closed.

We were leaving our hotel and heading to our cruise in New Orleans.I was so happy to see a Starbucks.The store was clean. The coffee tasted good.They were helping a homeless guy get a drink to take his meds.This is a local coffee store. Does not matter what the name says outside.Support your neighborhood workers.
