Visited today and let's just say I won't visit this subway franchise again. The vegetables were wilted brown and old I had to ask for fresh lettuce and spinach.

On 7-26-22 I visited the college drive Subway sandwich shop in Baton Rouge Louisiana.The woman waiting on me was wearing earbuds and was having a conversation with someone on her cell phone sticking out of her back pocket. I could not tell if she was talking to me or to the person on her phone conversation. When she spoke to me and asked a question I would start to answer her question only for her to interrupt me while talking to her telephone conversation.This and other very disconcerting Versions over interruptions continued throughout the entire interaction with her.It is difficult to express how rude and distasteful this experience actually was.To the manager and owner I say to you, you need to hire people with manners and enough intelligence to know the difference between right and wrong. I am a business owner also and I understand the difficulties. This is an age old problem, this is nothing new in dealing with human beings. Get on the stick man and run your business with a very very high regard for the sensibilities of your clientele.Thank you.G.W.

Very lazy employees. Just went to pick up a DoorDash order the employee told me she didn’t make it and proceeded to ask the customer after me what they wanted as if my order wasn’t important. I was skipped over after I drove to the store for a specific order. Maybe don’t accept doordash or ubereats if this is how you’re gonna do business

Walked up to grab a sandwich just now waiting for tires to get changed in Walmart. Woman in the back was screaming and cursing on the phone and walked up to tell me and my fiancé that her shift was over and the next person wouldn’t be in for another 15-20mins. Would give zero stars if it was possible. Not how you conduct business or greet paying customers.

You know those times where you knew something was going to be bad but you went ahead and did it anyway? That's the story between me and this Walmart Subway. Desperation clearly has no bounds. My expectations are never high with Subway in general, but the hunger pangs came between my errand run and I had a small break to break bread solo. After checking out with my Walmart items, I was thinking about my commute and how I was craving a sandwich. After seeing no customers (i.e. no lines), I thought I'd pop in and give it a shot. The guy behind the counter took forever to get his apron on and get the sandwich building process started. He was so slow and asked me what kind of bread I wanted and if I wanted it toasted. After noting that I wanted a "Cali Fresh Turkey" sandwich, he then asked me if I wanted chicken with it. I asked if it was included and he nodded. He assembled my sandwich and asked me if I wanted to add a drink and chips with it. I said no to the combo offer and paid for the sandwich in cash. As I was walking out in the parking lot, I realized he gave me the wrong change and I was short by about 60 cents. On top of this, I looked at the receipt and realized that the chicken was in fact extra. Despite being mad, I was too much in a rush and too hungry to back to dispute it. I tore my sandwich open and it was whack. The bread tasted stale (even after toasting, which is even worse) and the chicken was super tough. Add to all the sauces and condiments (oil, vinegar, salt + pepper, banana peppers, sad lettuce) it was truly terrible all around. I figured it was my punishment for going through with it all, despite my initial bad feeling. Never again.

Staff is the best I have ever experienced at ANY fast food establishment. Restaurant is very clean and neat looking. Maybe the food seems to taste better because of these facts. A great place for a sandwich! I have never been in a Subway where you really matter. The staff is 5 out of 5. I have been to Subway in the past but this one has reached beyond my expectation. I normally don't write reviews for fast food. However this place stands out. It is clean, friendly service, and much better than average food for the price. I tried a Spicy Italian and it was as good as any sandwich from a top end restaurant! This is a great place! Go check them out!!!

Ordered through grubhub. Got a chicken bacon ranch salad with black olives and guacamole, chips, and a water. Order showed up with no chips. No guacamole or black olives on the salad and bacon wasn't cooked. Total that I was charged was more than what the app said it would be. Tried to call their number, out of service. Tried to call walmart, girl hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone in the subway. Won't be doing that ever again.

I order off Waitr got my sandwich I asked for toasted my sandwich wasn’t toasted in my sandwich was sloppy in I never asked for spinach on my sandwich never ordering from them again lucky y’all got 1 star I wouldn’t have gave y’all that
