I ordered online and paid. No one was there. Store locked up and open sign off. Says online they are open. I DIDNT GET MY MONEY BACK!! This subway is the worst one out there and i hope they close.

it’s very disgusting. It was very bad weather, I ordered two footlong online & when I went to pick up my order nobody was there. All doors were lock. I was trying to contact store but nobody pick up the phone & on google it was showing store is open. I didn’t even get my money back yet. Anyhow I want my money back.

I'm visiting from out of town. Went to this location for lunch and dinner. The sandwiches were great but the service was very lackluster. I felt like I was interrupting her day.

I absolutely hate places that just won’t follow the rules THEY set. Just walked around there because it was said to be open and the doors were locked and they were breaking down. Had I ordered online like I initially was, I would’ve been standing there looking crazy because your staff is horrible. I expect nothing less honestly.

Subway has deals but this particular location don’t follow the deals, I had to drive 10 minutes away from my hotel to another location to go get the ft long deal of $6.99 because the one I could’ve walked 1 minute away don’t follow subway deals.

The owner deliberately over charges his customers thinking they won't call him out on it. Even when they do, he argues about it. I saw this happen 2 times before I even ordered. My order is normally $34 and was over $50 when he rang me up. I was warned by employees to check my receipt which tells you how often he does this. I did not pay and walked out. The bread is smaller than normal and hard and the place was dirty but we were hungry after Mardi Gras and wanted to get food anyway. Do not go to this place! Owner is a crook!
