We came to order a footlong cookie, and the man behind the counter made sure to make a comment about how heavy they were on calories and to consider that when ordering. Bad experience. Will be taking my business to the Subway off of Highland, where we can order our cookies without being fat shamed.

I have had multiple different experiences at this location and every single time I have an issue. I am not one to leave negative reviews but the last experience I had drew the line. He threw away my receipt without asking if I wanted a copy and when I asked for a copy he grabbed it out of the trash and handed it to me. Afterwards he immediately turned to service the next customer with the same gloves. Watching him move from rummaging in the trash to making another customers food with the same pair of gloves is disgusting. I will never return to this location. It is extremely unprofessional and unsanitary.

Today when I went and tried to use a coupon they said they couldn’t take that coupon. I have used the exact kind of coupon there in the past, and the employee scanned it right or typed it in manually, but the employees there today said the computer wasn’t scanning it and that they can’t accept those coupons. But I have quite literally used the exact. same. type. of. coupon. there before, so I’m thinking the problem was just clueless and neglect of knowledge. Made me pay full price. Disappointed and wanting my $8 back I rightfully shouldn’t have had to spend.
