We came to order a footlong cookie, and the man behind the counter made sure to make a comment about how heavy they were on calories and to consider that when ordering. Bad experience. Will be taking my business to the Subway off of Highland, where we can order our cookies without being fat shamed.

I have had multiple different experiences at this location and every single time I have an issue. I am not one to leave negative reviews but the last experience I had drew the line. He threw away my receipt without asking if I wanted a copy and when I asked for a copy he grabbed it out of the trash and handed it to me. Afterwards he immediately turned to service the next customer with the same gloves. Watching him move from rummaging in the trash to making another customers food with the same pair of gloves is disgusting. I will never return to this location. It is extremely unprofessional and unsanitary.

It is nice place for vegetarian people. You can have a lot in 5$ or 6$. Must visit if you want to have brunch or dinner. This is perfect supplementary place for lunch or dinner.Vegetarian options: Good supplement options for vegetarian people.

Probably the slowest service I've ever seen, very lack luster. I've never witnessed someone make a sandwich so slowly. Wouldn't recommend coming especially if you're on your lunch

This is the best Subway I've ever been to. Customer service is fantastic. The sandwich artists make your salads and sandwiches taste better by how they're crafting them...even though they're the same subway vegetables you already know. I've never been here and the ingredients haven't looked fresh. I've never eaten from here and been unsatisfied.

The drive-through line goes pretty quickly in the morning. Usually takes no more than five or six minutes to get my smoothie on the way to work. The people have their stuff together for the most part. Not as fined tuned on the weekends though. I only wish they would give you the price at the drive-through window instead of making you go up to the window to find out when you actually get your smoothie. It would have some time allowed for me to get my money ready to make it quicker. Aside from that no complaints. Lots of options for any type you want over there.
The employees were super nice but I got 3 pieces of meat on my sandwich. This was a mostly bread sandwich. You all have to do better.

Today when I went and tried to use a coupon they said they couldn’t take that coupon. I have used the exact kind of coupon there in the past, and the employee scanned it right or typed it in manually, but the employees there today said the computer wasn’t scanning it and that they can’t accept those coupons. But I have quite literally used the exact. same. type. of. coupon. there before, so I’m thinking the problem was just clueless and neglect of knowledge. Made me pay full price. Disappointed and wanting my $8 back I rightfully shouldn’t have had to spend.

The taller lady that works at this subway runs this place like the navy. She’s so sweet to guests but she knows what she’s doing to run this store efficiently. Best subway I’ve ever been to.
