They literally held up an order for door dash and accused the customer of scamming DoorDash. A waste of everybody's time involved

So I went there at 8:45 and the lights where off and there where in there looking at me like I was wrong!

1.Food was a pickup order and it was not ready 10 minutes past the pickup order.
2. The worker was incredibly rude and hostile. They were not busy at all.
3. How do you mess up a sandwich? It was horrible with very,very little meat. This place is a joke and I will never eat here again.

I wish I could give it zero stars. I ordered a foot long tuna with extras tuna through uber eats and got a flat tuna sub with barely anything on it. There was literally more mayonnaise than tuna on the sandwich. I wish that I could upload a photo so that people can see how ridiculous it was. As for reaching the Manager forget about it. Someone answers the phone and only says that she’s busy right now.The manager must be telling the workers to put less that the bare minimum amount of meat on the subs. I will NEVER get ripped off like this again. This location is a joke. I paid an extra $3.54 for extra Tuna and got basically nothing .The Manager doesn’t care either. She is truly the laziest so called Manager that subway could have. I took the time to address this to corporate because she NEVER talks to the CUSTOMER. Order from this store if you want to get ripped off because this was my experience and I’ve got the photos to prove it. I love subway and uber eats, but NEVER will I go back to this store or order from them.

So unfortunately when I went in, there was a giant roach on the menu sign. I pointed it out to the woman behind the counter. She used a broom to knock it down, then left the roach when it fell behind the bread warmer. Not only that but I asked for sriracha on my sandwiches and she pulled out an unmarked, dirty bottle and said “I hope this is sriracha” as she put it on the sandwiches (it was not sriracha, it was chipotle mayo.) pretty disappointed, and the roach is just plain unsanitary.

I went to this location 2 days ago around 11am. The heavy set lady that said she was the manager was very rude and nasty. She had an attitude the entire time. Store needs better management!!!

Had a last minute need for catering and the ladies on Sherwood “made it happen” and “saved the day”. Nakicat and Astrid were team players and rocked getting me taken care of. Couldn’t have been more pleased with their attitude and service! In todays busy world it is hard to find good staff that is willing to go above and beyond! But these ladies were top notch! Great job!

I came here at 8:30pm the door was locked and nobody was in sight they close at 9 I was craving subway after a long day at work and this made me very disappointed ?

I'm not giving a 1 star rating because I have been to this location before and didn't have a bad experience, but today (6/26/22) was different. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a rude employee who told me that she was "not doing this today"...as in she was not going to work. She was cleaning the restaurant as if she was about to close up, complained about being the only worker in the restaurant and having nothing prepped to be able to serve customers though they had been functioning all day. I was confused. It was about 5:00 pm on a Sunday and the closing time is 9:00 pm (these are not busy hours). There were no other customers there and there was food out.She preceded to get on a personal phone call complaining, cursing, and moving about the restaurant ignoring the fact that I was there waiting to ask a question for clarification. Two other people were about to come in and she loudly proclaimed that she was about to lock the doors even though she knew she wasn't suppose to. She redirects them out of the restaurant, I leave and then she locks the doors. Super unprofessional and horrible customers service.I proceeded go to another Subway about 6 mins away, which also had ONE worker, and had a very pleasant experience. Needless to say this location is no longer reliable for even a decent customer service experience and though I live by it, I don't see myself coming here again.
Sometimes I just crave subway.
