Swagat is the best Indian cuisine I’ve had in the Baton Rouge area. The food was great and the service! Our server was very polite, friendly, and welcoming. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

I don't typically write reviews for restaurants all that much. The food was SO good that I literally hugged the waiter. The second we took and bite of the most amazing naan dipped in the most flavorful tikka masala and butter chicken, our eyes watered. If you're over the age of 20 and have not experienced such expertly crafted cuisine. Please give this a try.

Absolutely phenomenal Indian food!

We had the chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, and garlic naan. I’m not exaggerating when I say it blew me away. The flavor, the spice, the richness of the sauces = delicious perfection.

The restaurant itself was spotless, and the staff were super friendly and attentive without being overbearing. It was just good vibes all around.
