If I could give this place zero stars, I most definitely would! Went to this location @1pm for lunch & I went thru the drive thru! I ordered the crunch wrap supreme combo, after completing my order& paying ! The lady closes the window. I'm thinking she is getting my order together! But no im now sitting there for ten min! I have to wave to get her attention To ask how much longer I need to go! She says oh it's coming now we had a large order at counter! Not my problem but ok! My mistake was I didn't check my food before leaving as i always do! Cause i was in a hurry! But after arriving back to my destination I sit to eat! It was luke warm, the damn thing barley had meat on it, the cruch part was soggy, A WASTE OF MY TIME & MONEY! I definitely called to yell them about it and the excuse is they have guide lines on how much meat they can put on it! Baby that was barley a teaspoon of meat!! I Will Not Go Here Again!!!!

Had an order of 2 chalupas without sour cream and tomatoes. Got 1 chalupa with sour cream and tomatoes. Had them fix my order. Got two chalupas with tomatoes... I'm allergic to tomatoes.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at Taco Bell. I will never go back to the Perkins Rd. Location in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Restaurant was clean. Employees seemed friendly but they kept to true Taco Bell fashion and sent my food out messed up. My Crunchwrap literally only had fillings on one side.....

The first picture is a so called Burrito Supreme and the 2nd is I guess the 5 layer burrito, now I have had both of these many times before from this location but this is the worst!!! They were both the size of a soft taco, just thrown together and didn’t look like what they were supposed to be. Very very disappointed! I know it doesn’t matter but I’ll never return to the Perkins rd location!

They tried to charge me $1 for a free courtesy water. Said they don't do free waters when I've gotten courtesy waters from them before.

The last 2 times I have gone to this location, they have been on point with the service. Most other taco bells, Popeyes, McDonald's, Burger King, and other fast food places don't seem to care about the customer too much, but this place has turned it around. They get the food out quick. No drama. No fuss. Main thing is the orders have been right the last 2 times. Almost impossible at the one by my house.
