Placed an online order to be picked up when store opened. Drive through informed us that the order needed to be canceled and we would need to put a new one in. However, we were already charged for the first order so they would double charge us to get only 1 order. Told manager and she said she didn't know how to refund us since it was through the app (which we have used many times before to order from other locations). Both my wife and I called to ask about a refund or if we could give a number to speak with the general manager since the store manager doesn't know, both got hung up on by the manager. Terrible location with untrained/ unprofessional management

Ordered on the app and went through the drive through. There were only two cars in front of us and yet we waited 20+ minutes. They also burnt our Crunchwrap supremes so badly they were black. They also forgot the sauces we paid for. If you charge 20 cents per sauce packet you better give the damn sauce. So we spent twenty minutes to get a burnt Crunchwrap supreme and no sauce. Go to the one on Burbank it’s a million times better I’ve never had any issues there

This was the best experience I have had at a Taco Bell in a long time! My chalupa shells were stale and I went to get them swapped out and had the best service to help me with that situation. The woman that fixed them for me was super kind and even made us extra food for the trouble. Delicious food and nice staff!

Employees ordered me to pull around as they were not currently taking orders. Understandable it was 10pm, I pulled around to await further instructions only to be greeted by the employees outside talking to one another smoking would could only be considered a blunt passed between everyone. Apparently one of their friend pulled up and they made him his food with me still waiting to be seen. I have since left and will not be returning to this location

I ORDERED A MOBILE ORDER, I CAME TO TACO BELL TO PICK UP MY ORDER, JUST TO FIND OUT THAT THE CASHIER GAVE MY MOBILE ORDER AWAY. EVEN WHEN I HAD PROOF AND WAS ADAMANT ABOUT MY ORDER, THE LADY STILL WOULDNT GIVE ME MY DAMN FOOD! I WOULD NEVER EVER COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN AND WOULDNT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!
