Service was very slow no one to take the order. Used the pre order station . Customers waiting leaving without food . Only thing that seemed to motivate the team was when one of the staff said he's taking our picture everyone smile .What about the unsatisfied guess you should be focusing on
They could not take card. No problem we had cash. The person on speaker seemed rather annoyed that we had cash. Asked multiple times before accepting our order, if we had cash. Not in a just to be clear custom service way. We had a small order. No one else was in line, 3 customers were visible in line. This was the best experience I have had at a Taco Bell in a long time! My chalupa shells were stale and I went to get them swapped out and had the best service to help me with that situation. The woman that fixed them for me was super kind and even made us extra food for the trouble. Delicious food and nice staff!
