Drinks were nothing but carbonation. Food just thrown in bag another over cooked or under and all made wrong. Out of blade every time I go. People are rude and just stare at you when you ask a question or you reply to them.

All I ordered was nachofries. Cold fries and not even a full container...
The few fries I have are dumped all over the bag. In the back feels weirdly heavy.
I legit had more packets of hot sauce than fries in the bag.
I only ordered fries... No sauce.
They pulled that crap to try to hide the fact that they didn't have enough fries in the bag.
I tried to hand them the bag back with the 20+ sauces and they told me they couldn't take the bag back.
So I dropped the bag right at the window for them. I'd like to apologize to your management for your employees wasting more money and sauces than the fries themselves.
All I wanted was an order of fresh nacho fries.
I never meant for it to turn into a conspiracy, our cover up, and finding out where all your food waste is going.

I was up late Last Night at Stop @ Taco Bell on College Drive .....Taco Bell was Awesome First Service, Awesome Employees.....it took time for Customers to get their orders and my order was correct and delicious

I patiently waited for an unruly customer to hold up the line while exchanging their order 3 times. It was clear that the gentleman at the window was doing everything possible to satisfy them without gratitude. Fortunately, everyone else was patient and felt sorry to watch. We all went through efficiently and graciously despite the wait. Thanks to the server for remaining kind after such an experience
I tried to get some food late at night. We had walked from a nearby business and didn’t have our vehicle. We realized the business was only taking drive through and tried to ask how to order. The male staff with the long brunette hair yelled at us, “BYE SEE YOU LATER.”

The AI order machine does not work at all, especially for those that are hard of hearing. The machine continuously messed up our order, so we pulled up to fix it since there is a sign saying people that are hard of hearing can pull to the window. When we pulled to the window, the cashier Ursula O (on the receipt) REFUSED to take our order and argued that my partner was not hard of hearing. Very rude and unprofessional, do NOT go to this location.

Ive been going to the Taco Bell on Burbank for 2 years now, and after coming to this location I’m happy to say I’ll be coming here from now on because this is the best Taco Bell food I’ve ever had. It was hot and fresh and 10/10 quality.

Before I get my food I paid for this is a horrible way of preparing people's food. As a former employee of Taco Bell I guess the workers forget that we can see them making our food. 1st off I went through the drive thru to order and thr computer got my whole order wrong so I canceled and went in. The last in duty slammed everything into my bag and then proceeded to look at me crazy when I asked for my drinks. No how are you no customers service. Just horrible all the way around. This is ridiculous
