So much rice little portion of meat and the chicken was dry. I wouldn’t recommend if you want a good authentic jambalaya. Very disappointed.

Excellent. Love this place.
We used The Jambalaya Shoppe for our sorority Parents Weekend and absolutely will be having them cater again! Mrs. Fontenot, the owner, was extremely helpful throughout the booking/delivering process and even made sure I was fed when I just came to drop the check off. Everyone raved about their jambalaya and I was extremely appreciative of how friendly Mrs. Fontenot and her entire staff was. Could not recommend enough!!! (The pastalaya and jambalaya are to die for!)
