Wonderful service and great food!!! I did a catering order for lunch to honor our teachers. Everyone who works at this location is a delight! I look forward to doing future business and school fundraisers with them! I also order Gumbo from them every year for a Christmas Eve party I host! They never disappoint!!

the food should taste more authentic and the rice supposed to be just a little bit more spicy and fresh! the desert was terrible so they've been in the carousel for 6 months just needs the food needs to be fresh more daily!!

Don’t waste your money. We recently purchased a large and there was NO meat. If you want dirty rice then this is the place, otherwise go elsewhere.

Loved it here, drove 30 minutes just from word of mouth that the food is always fresh and customer service top tier. I have to say I can't deny it. From the owner, to management, to the employees I can tell it has a strong familial bond that boosts positive energy and vibes which for one like myself serves as a perfect family establishment or even if you just want to come somewhere to sit eat and have a breathe of fresh air. Definitely a restaurant I will return to on the REGULAR! Thanks for the experience guys and gals your awesome.

If I could give no stars I would but I have to give a considerate star to be able to leave a review I’ve never ordered from the O’Neal location but I was on this side so I thought I’d grab some quick food before ordering I looked at the reviews it had me really skeptical but my husband said let’s just try em out Omg I wish I would have talked him out of it I go on their website the combo #1 is priced at 9.99 on the website yet when I get there they charge me 13.99 for each combo I’m like what’s going on then they charge my card but don’t give me any food the young lady that worked there called the ignorant owner or whomever she is she was so rude and lying and in denial I told her go look at your reviews they are horrible mostly she insist they are good I really just read their reviews people are saying steer clear of this location I’ve never had a problem with the location on Airline the owner at the O’Neal location is horrible I pray those ladies that work there find better the employee was trying to explain to her the situation she kept talking over her trying to be right those employees deserve better and I pray God bless them with better I will be reporting the owner or whomever she is what a sad individual she needs to be taught a valuable lesson.

This is an update on the response to the owner response to my review she knows she was wrong when you have your food price as one price online but try to charge more in person you’re getting over on people change your online price that is false information and the worker that called you to explain you were so rude to her and talking at her and over her she had to give me the phone and you were then again rude and disrespectful trying to argue with a customer about something I showed proof of and you knew was wrong you’re very unprofessional I will never visit the O’Neal location again you have to live with yourself dishonest and disgustingly rude your reviews speaks for itself I pray those ladies find a better place to work what a shame you are

First time making a review on anything and I have to say the jambalaya was very watered down. Won't be going back. Do your self a favor and go to pot and paddle you won't be disappointed.
