Excellent. Love this place.
We used The Jambalaya Shoppe for our sorority Parents Weekend and absolutely will be having them cater again! Mrs. Fontenot, the owner, was extremely helpful throughout the booking/delivering process and even made sure I was fed when I just came to drop the check off. Everyone raved about their jambalaya and I was extremely appreciative of how friendly Mrs. Fontenot and her entire staff was. Could not recommend enough!!! (The pastalaya and jambalaya are to die for!)

We love this place. I cannot make jambalaya this good. We normally get a mix of chicken, sausage, and pork, with potato salad and red beans to take home.

I love the pork and sausage jambalaya and white beans. Its never dry and big portions. Ive only had one mix up with food there where i received the wrong thing. The staff apologized and promptly corrected it. We all make mistakes especially when we are busy and the way they corrected it no questions ask with a smile make me happy to do business with them. Did not even get the slightest hint of attitude. I love it and definitely recommend them!!!
