This place has terrible daiquiris and even worse service. Our party waited an hour and 20 minutes for seafood boils! That is absolutely insane! There were only about 3 other tables in the restaurant. They make you pay upfront with a 20% automatic gratuity on your tab. So they get 20% no matter how terrible the service is. Our crabs came out and were TINY and one cluster had leech eggs on them. They weren't thoroughly cleaned. The shrimp was the only thing in the boil that was delicious. Half the potatoes were hard and undercooked. The sausage was pale but edible. The daiquiri was so nasty and VERY sweet. The mix had waaayyy too much dye in it as my stool was BLUE the next morning. The DJ was cool and definitely tried to get the drab atmosphere vibing but it just was not it! I DO NOT recommend this place at all.

I have never been to a place where you have to pay before you get your food. Plus the seafood was terrible along with the fish. The bread was coming off the fish the seafood was undercooked, and the sauce was too salty. I do not recommend. waitress was getting aggravated when we were asking for our food and drinks service overall was terrible

When I first came the workers were outside smoking marijuana , the HostWas on her phone and no one came to serve us until about 30 minutes all of the drinks were nasty ? the food was goodDessert, horrible in an entire too long to get our food, no one is there all of the workers was outside then the host was walking around with a blue blanketCredit card machine not working only exact cash shrimp taste like fish they also needs to change they grease guys I definitely don’t recommend

First let me say I waited 1hour and a half for my food. I ordered drinks it took 30 minutes to get it. This was my first time coming here, and I won’t be coming back again. Hurry hurry service. I can see if the place was full, it didn’t even have anybody in here. I wouldn’t tell nobody to come to this place.

The chick with red hair needs to be fired. Easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waited two hours just to be told they are out of what we ordered. Nobody in the restaurant was eating. Please don’t go here.

So, I'm here now and received raw rice...not once, but twice and my fish was cooked in burnt grease. First thing they Holla is we can't do refunds. I didn't ask for money back, I asked for cooked rice. See why the parking lot be empty.

I recently dined at this restaurant it left me compelled to write a review, despite not being one to usually do so. This establishment adopts a unique approach by charging patrons up front for their dining experience, including a 15% gratuity regardless of party size. Although the food was good, the overall experience fell short. Our two-hour wait for food was accompanied by a lack of refills. The waitress appeared overwhelmed, and while I empathize with her, it's unjust to charge gratuity for services not received. Food was missing from the order sauces are left off. The staff seems overworked, and for a restaurant with distinctive processes, the service should be exceptional. Sadly, I won't be returning, no matter how good the food is, and I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Very terrible service! The waitress was very rude , we were missing food , she crossed over my fiancé & slide my drink over the table & didn’t say anything! Absolutely no sauce was on my food! Half the drinks were Watered down & not ready to be served! Everytime we asked a question or asked for something she had an excuse . No receipts were given! So of course I asked again and received them with the total opposite of what was ordered! Claimed they only had to go boxes & not bags . Very terrible service a definite 0/0! My last experience with Jamie & the other waitress was amazing but today the girl with the red hair was NEGATIVE 0! We asked for our food to go instead & was told a million & one excuses for the terrible service! We was also charged 20% gratuity before our food was even served! Thanks to her & her terrible waitress skills I myself and family will NOT BE RETURNING! TRUE DEFINITION OF WHY FIERY CRAB IS THE ULTIMATE GO TO! ZERO OUT OF ZERO!
