Tiger Pho gets it right every time we go! The best item on the menu are the wings which are always huge, crispy, and dressed slightly with a perfect nuoc chom style of sauce. The wings are on my "Best of Baton Rouge" list! The grilled pork has this smoky, caramelized flavor all over so if you get the rice plate or the rolls with it, you're in for a treat! The banh mi and pho are some.of the best in town. I'm partial to the bun bo hua with it's perfect level of spice and thick noodles. The service is always friendly, attentive, welcoming, and fast. This is one of the best restaurants in town so if you're looking for outstanding Vietnamese food you MUST check out Tiger Pho!!!!

I liked eating here, and I think I can safely say we've eaten at every Vietnamese restaurant in and around Baton Rouge. I find the grilled meats in particular to be too salty and the soups to be a bit bland, but overall the food quality and service are great. The restaurant is clean. The prices are a bit high for how bare and somewhat bland the menu is but the ingredients are very fresh and well prepared.Overall, I suppose this location is probably just geared more towards customers with Western palates and expectations.
