Wow!!! Staff was horribly rude to not only me but other customers as well. The pizza was worse than a frozen pizza. It was a Hodge poge of rap piled on to the dough. They could have e put so.e effort in making it presentable but that would not have helped the taste. There are way better pizza options downtown where the staff treat you like they are glad your there spending your hard earned money.... very disappointed

Pizza was fine. The toppings didn't really stand out to me. There are others I prefer where there are variouspizza optionsand toppings. The cheese on there was very fresh and gooey. I would probably order it again at some point and maybe try one of their breads or wings.

1st time I went, it seemed like the worker may have been having a bad day so I brushed it off because we all have bad days and my grand loved the pizza!
So she wanted a pizza yesterday. I had to find parking (downtown) and walk 3 blocks to get to the spot because there was no parking near but beautiful downtown BR makes up for it. I asked for the kids and was told I couldn’t order a kids pizza without the child present. Understandable. So I order an 8” pepperoni. My 5 year old grand doesn’t eat the entire 8” so I request for half to have mushroom and green peppers and was told she couldn’t do that. Like wait, I'm about to pay $14 with tax for an 8” one topping when it says I can have up to SIX toppings?! And there’s no drink (a drink does come with the kids for same 8” pizza). She said she would do it even though she’s not supposed to. What does the owner think?! That I’m going to order two separate pizzas when I only need one!?
Schlittz & Giggles did 1/2 and 1/2 on a solo with no problem (I went to test to see how “impossible” this was). Not impossible at all.
Great pizza, good staff, bad policies.

This place actually had a roach crawling on the sign when I went there for lunch today. I alerted the manager and she did nothing because she said she would rather it not get on the food. I had a toast reward for $6 off off my order and when I tried to use it the cashier did not use it because she did not know how and the manager had to be alerted. The manager was rude about handling this and cut me off while explaining what was going on. I also ordered hot honey on my pizza and it was not on there. The wait was way too long as well. I do not plan to dine here again.

Ebony was awesome! Great pizza, speedy service.
Loved the atmosphere soon as I walked in! It was busy but they were still amazing and food was still amazing as ever. My family and i come here often and the service is always friendly, they’re very helpful also. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely amazing pizza 😋
I work downtown and saw this new pizza place and could not wait to try it, so the day I decided to go in and give it a try the two ladies behind the counter SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE and I was surprised because I read good reviews about the place. I will not lie, the pizza looked AMAZING and I was ready to enjoy but their unwillingness to help me and answer my questions while one lady kept glancing at the other just completely spoiled everything for me. I totally get it may have been a rush hour but it only takes a second to be nice to a potential customer. As bad as I wanted to try that pizza I work to hard for my money to spend it where not appreciated. Reading the reviews from google I see others have experienced the same as I.
This establishment need to DO BETTER in providing CSR!

This was my first time ever visiting TSP since I'm a tourist, but I now wish I lived here in Baton Rouge so I could always come here.
Me and my buddy came in about 30 minutes before close, and the service was speedy and excellent. While we were waiting in the lobby, we loved the atmosphere with the calendar of events for tourists, and the music was great, such a vibe overall.
Even after the 10 minute walk back to our hotel, the food was still hot and delicious, and I wish I could come back for more (especially for the giant brownie, lol).
I highly recommend this as it's one of the best pizza places I've been to, and I made sure to drop you guys a follow on Instagram, keep up the amazing work 👍

Had a late lunch and stopped in, glad I did! I had the everything pizza, it’s my go to wherever I try pizza. 🍕 The crust was crispy and the toppings top notch. 10 outa 10 in my book. I don’t normally like a thick pizza, but this one works:-)
Tasty pizza, we took a veggie one and it was tasty.
They pride themselves on customized pizza, but when I asked can they put cheese on one side because I have a picky eater, one of the ladies had to ask another, and she said no. After that, I asked why she gave no reason, then rushed me to complete my order and was so rude thereafter. To add insult to an already unpleasant event, they add an extra almost $9 tip. I will not be returning.

I actually was enjoying this place. The owner lady is super nice, as well as the workers. But the most horrid thing happened. I got a rice krispy treat and made it to the last sliver before I pulled it out of the sleeve to find a little creature. I’m disheartened I won’t be able to return ever again. My day is ruined. Idk go support, every where has roaches potentially.
