We had an amazing waitress, Nijiah Sanders, who took special time to help us with our order and drinks. I had the spicy chipotle chicken. It was delicious. Great service! And great atmosphere.
The place was not jam packed like what you would expect on a weekend, but the service was extremely slow. We were on a tight schedule, had to grab a quick bite and a couple drinks before leaving, but it felt like we would never leave. The sweet potato fries i ordered while ordering drinks came in after i ordered main course, and was shrunk, soggy and felt like it had been sitting on a countertop for a while after it was plates. Twin Peaks is doing great in Texas, and I personally think it earns its name not just because of the obvious reasons, but also because of good food and great beer, both of which require prompt serving. That I felt lacking in this one. I seriously think TP should regularly monitor and evaluate how their franchisees are performing. I have seen their restaurants in Texas which are jam packed during the weekend, with a bunch of people waiting to get seated in the doorway, yet they manage to pull off the night with a happy bunch of customers. I seriously wonder what is happening with its restaurants outside of the good old Texas?
Came in with a few friends and my server Trinity was great! I'm someone who takes customer service seriously whenever I go dining and boy was this a breath of fresh air. Trinity was attentive to all our tables needs and whenever we made a request we were greeted with a smile. The food and drinks were amazing and brought to our table in a timely manner. 10/10 service would highly recommend!

She's an absolute superstar and turned what could have been just another meal into an unforgettable experience. From the moment i sat down, Trinity's incredible energy, warm smil and genuine enthusiasm set the tone for the evening. Trinity, thank you for an amazing experience. The restaurant was filthy. Trash was all over the floor, our table was gross, the men's room looked like a festival port-a-potty and the plates looked unwashed. Our chicken was raw. This was an awful experience and I wont come back. If I had money in this business I would be embarrassed.
$10 cash only cover? Does the corporate office know and approve of this?

The Double Stacked Nachos weren’t the best. Though the Brisket was really good. The drinks were really watered down. You also can’t hardly see more than one game at a time.
