A hidden gem! Waka House is one of the best places to get sushi in Baton Rouge. My wife said it was the best miso soup she's ever had and the sashimi I got was phenomenal. Will definitely be coming back.

Fabulous sushi, both raw and cooked options. Also their miso soup is the best I’ve ever had. The owner and staff are delightful and accommodating to our special requests. We eat there every week and look forward to our Waka day!.

I have tried different items like sushi rolls and beef donburi. They're all tasty and reasonably priced to me. I saw many people dining in or taking out, but I didn't have to wait whenever I visited. Overall, nice spot for hanging out while enjoying comfort food!
