This is by far thee SLOWEST Wendy's in Baton Rouge! It don't even be the lunch or dinner rush. For instance, I've waited in line in the DRIVE THROUGH with less than 5 cars for about 15 minutes! Something need to change asap.

Wendy's has two locations, with differences in service quality. The staff at the College Dr location is friendlier compared to the Essen Ln one, where a young employee was rude and uninformed. A customer waited a long time at the drive-thru and left without receiving their Frostys. The restaurant was out of salads and baked potatoes at the College Dr location. Despite issues with missing items and service, a mature lady completed an order efficiently.
