Wink's has excellent BBQ, but you must call ahead and make sure they have what you want. They are so good that they run out of certain things at times. Call ahead for games or parties, and they will accommodate you. The ribs and moist brisket are awesome, and the smoke is evident. Ordered through waitr one evening, it took 1.5 hours for them to prepare the food. Got the fried shrimp and my friend got ribs. Ribs were extremely fatty with little meat and pretty charred. My shrimp were tasty, potato salad tasted old and OFF...enough to turn your stomach.
