I placed a pick up order and I ended up running behind and was not going to be getting there until after they had technically closed. The worker was very understanding and accommodating and allowed me to pick up my order even though they were officially closed. Seems like a small thing, but making an exception that makes the customer experience good even when he had no obligation to do so is very rare these days. Very good customer service and good food
The atmosphere is typical of a fast food restaurant that deals mostly in take out.. the service seemed to take a bit longer that it should.. we entered and the door chimed out presence.. nobody came to the counter to greet us.. we found a menu and chose what we wanted.. stood at the counter until noticed... gave our order and waited over a good 20 minutes (felt like an eternity in times of Chinese food quickness). I got the boneless ribs with beef fried rice and the chicken teriyaki....
I have been a reliable customer to wontons for over a decade now and I love their food. The place maybe not much to look at but they get the food out fast and hot and it's delicious.
