I’ve visited Yogurtland and the young lady in there told me she was one of the managers. She was so rude and disgusting that I would never go back. Establishment must be careful who they hire if they do not have customer service. No one will want to go there. Stop home and rude individuals and stop putting them in management positions

the whole time I am here there is a guy in a wifebeater standing across the counter from the girl on the register like they are on a date, which could be okay...until she reached across the counter and picked some food from between his teeth and then back to work without washing her hands...and proceeded to place spoons in everyone's yogurt...sick

A couple of the ladies that work at this location are just THE BEST. They gave awesome recommendations and were VERY nice. Yogart was killer, too! I tried some things I would have never tried w/o prompting, and I'm glad I did! I'll be back! To the two ladies that worked Friday night 3/31/23, thank you for your impeccable service, lovely attitudes, and making me leave with a smile ?

Do not buy a gift card here. I purchased a gift card and gave it as a gift, and when the recipient tried to use it, it was declined, so the recipient paid cash. I took the gift card myself and the store claimed the card had funds, yet they refused to give me a receipt proving the card had funds on it. So I decided to test it out by myself by making a very small purchase on the card - at this point they told me their system was "down" and offered to give me 3% off my purchase if I paid with another payment method. While I was waiting in line to check out, I witnessed another customer's gift card get declined too. Three different gift card transactions on two different dates failed, yet every time, Yogurtland collected more payments, all the while the value of the gift cards has already been collected and is sitting in yogurtland's bank. Buyer beware.

The yogurt is great, but the service is not. Every time you come it seems as if new faces or in this particular location. Maybe it’s the management that need to be replaced and not the employees. Manager never smiles always looks mad. Leader effects everyone. Bring back the old manager.

I would have given 5 stars. Yogurt is great. Customer service is terrible. If you advertise that you close at 10pm . Why are all the machines being emptied at 9 on the dot. After working all day I rushed to get me some yogurt and all but the plain tart and cookies &cream yogurt was left and even then the workers thought it was funny that I wasn’t getting anything and were laughing out the door. Hiring children will ruin the business!
Me and my friends went to this location. They had a great selection even for picky eaters. Me and my friends sat for awhile and talked and the staff was never rude once I even went back for seconds. You pay by weight so if you don't want to spend much you can get less. It's fun to sometimes serve yourself and get exactly what you want.

It's frozen yogurt, it's good for what it is. The price per ounce has gotten incredibly high in recent years. You could easily go to any other ice cream store and get more for your money. It's good for a treat if you're watching your fat intake though. The scale is almost always not zeroed out though so make sure you check before weighing.

Ever since it’s been under new management this year this place has been HORRIBLE ! Her name is Fiderca I’ve seen employers use NO gloves & touch candy with their BARE HANDS! I am in utterly disgust with this location and done giving it chances ! this location changes workers so much THAT THEY NEVER HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE ON ANYTHING! One employer DROPPED candy on the floor & PUT IT RIGHT BACK IN THE CONTAINERS THE CUSTOMERS EAT FROM. The Yogurts are always OUT ! SOMETIMES EVEN TASTE SOUR! Spoke to the manager name Fiderca & she DIDN'T care about my concerns for this place had a attitude & hangs up in my facee!!!!
