I see all the complaints page about Benton sonic and I have still eaten there from time to time without a problem. 
Today it got me. I pressed the little red button and patiently wait to turn in my order and someone tells me that their system is down. It’ll be a few minutes. Because I have other peoples orders also I patiently wait after about five minutes I push the button again, and I’m told again that their system is down, I can see the kitchen using the computer...read full review
I waited for almost 30 minutes after I pushed the button for someone to take my order. I finally stopped a carhop and asked for the manager. They sent a young kid out and watched us at the window. I explained what was going on he went back in to make my shake and one of the female workers came out to tell me off. The place filled up and emptied before I got my shake and now I don’t want to drink it for fear they may have done something to it.
