Drinks were good until all these new people got in now they’re consistently bad and when you call and complain the manager likes to argue with you I used to go all the time now I’m never coming back

Boba Xpress by far has the greatest boba in the bossier & Shreveport area in my opinion. Anytime I’ve ordered and have gone in, the customer service is phenomenal. Ellie who works there (sorry if I have misspelt your name) that I have had the pleasure of meeting is absolutely phenomenal. Talk about an employee to be very lucky to have working with you and for you! Anytime I’ve been in she is great energy and is so kind and friendly and welcoming! The Boba is awesome, the service is great. 10/10 will always recommend this place to people!

I absolutely ADORE this place! The staff is always so friendly and the atmosphere is great for hanging out or relaxing. Their smoothies with popping boba are my absolute favorite, and I love browsing through the merchandise that they sell while I wait for my drink. Overall, a wonderful place to stop at :D

I just left from the place and tried the taro milk tea with white boba and it was amazing! I also got the strawberry milk tea but I haven’t tried it yet but I guaranteed it will be amazing as well and the workers are very friendly and helpful too! Also, if you like anime/K-pop they have like a theme towards that?

Update #2: minus yet another star. No stars left to take away after this. Tried taking my mother who is visiting us here because she wanted to try the brown sugar milk tea (and this place really does have the best of that drink despite the excessive sweetness). Looks like online ordering is back but we went to order in person anyway. But at 2pm they were out of boba…… You are BOBA Xpress, serving boba drinks, yet you don’t have boba ready upon opening in the late morning and you run out of boba early in the day long before closing? Ended up leaving without drinks for yet another time. Only 1 employee working so the orders were very backed up anyway.
Took away another star because according to the employee I just spoke to on the phone while trying to place an order, due to new management policies that they will no longer be accepting phone or online orders. Simply don’t understand this at all. Especially since it is usually a fairly long wait for drinks to be made after they’re ordered, don’t think we will be going to this particular boba cafe anymore.
The atmosphere and the staff are nice. The drinks (we’ve only tried milk teas) are good but really much too sweet. We were going to try asking them to make the drinks less sweet at our latest visit but didn’t get the chance as we ended up not ordering due to boba not being available. Some low points: the menu is confusing as what is listed in store vs online vs online ordering is different. Descriptions are minimal and hard to find. We were told while we were in the store to check door dash for possible descriptions…. Also, they offer other drinks but this is a boba place, “BOBA Xpress”, yet they don’t offer boba from opening. We went in at 11am, already an hour after they opened I believe, and were told we would have to wait another 10-15 minutes to order if we wanted any boba in our drinks because the boba wouldn’t be ready… Understand that boba takes some time to prepare, but as the owners and employees understand this too, why not start preparing it a little earlier to have your main menu item available by opening time?

Non-dairy creamer still contains sodium caseinate, so most creamy flavors are not vegan. Ask first.
Pearls were undercooked, but I'll try it again to see if that was just an off day.

I came in and ordered a felix slush and asked the new guy working there if he would make it with lemonade instead of turning it into a slush and he did and i was NOT disappointed in his performance of making my boba drink 10/10 would recommend coming and ordering a drink with Gavin he is amazing

New worker tonight, said he's only been on a couple of days, but hands down one of the best interactions I've had here. He was super sweet and attentive, he did an amazing jobs at altering the Stich Slush for me to make it a lemonade with popping pearls. He wanted feedback on the drinks since they weren't just regular menu items so here it is. 10/10 on everything Gavin, absolutely no complaints and hope to see you again when we eventually come back ?
