Horrible service! Our party of seven received our food at different times (30 minutes apart). We had to repeatedly ask for refills and bus our own table to make room for our entrees. The manager was propped up by the pizza oven talking instead of filling in the gaps. We will never go back.

I used to come every week since they have opened the sports betting. I skipped about two weeks because I had a bad experience with a server named Emily. I was sitting in VIP one weekend and she made sure to get my players card and ID to make sure I could sit there. She acted like I didn’t belong there. Emily really wanted to tell me to get up. She made it her business to make sure I could. Mind you, She never came back to our section to ask if my husband and I needed anything. I brushed it off, maybe she was having a bad day. Let’s skip back to today. She is our server… yes I remembered her.. she’s remembered us. This is a small casino so literally everyone knows me there. They even remember my orders from previous times. Don’t get me wrong, there were no problems throughout out entire meal. I left for about 15 minutes and went to our room to check it out. I come back, and I told her that I wanted to put the meal on the room which I’ve done several times already. I’m a diamond member so I want the points added to my status. Emily says that she needs to see my ID to make sure I have a room there. The crazy part about it is, I have comp rooms everyday up until 2025 (that’s all that I can see right now). She literally has no idea who I am or really knows, but ties to question the validity of me. I’m sick of being stereotyped. Especially when I don’t look like a bum. I asked for a manager, and she told me “ok, I don’t care”. She told me, that she didn’t care… wow!!!! So, the manager Shannon came over, I told her what was going on, she pretty much apologized but was like yeah, some people lie. I’ve been to many places all over the world, never have I ever had to prove that I was supposed to be there. It was super weird to me. Watch the cameras. She even had a little grin. To put the icing in the cake Emily, was at the next table cleaning while I was talking to Shannon. She was laughing and everything. I was like don’t you see this, Shannon did nothing. Nothing at all… saw this lady laughing about the situation and did nothing. Imagine someone bussing a table having the audacity to laugh at someone. I’ve spent over 50k in two months at this one casino. Probably more (who knows)… this has to stop. I won’t be coming back and you can really thank Emily! Please stop with the racist stuff. She was going to get a good tip too. After she said she didn’t care and started laughing in my face, that went out the window. Never again, literally never again. I will never go where I’m not wanted. My money spends everywhere. I was in Vegas every weekend, flights are free for me, rooms are free for me. It’s not even a big deal. This casino is just so close to my home in Dallas. Once they change the stereotype thing they have going on I will be back. Y’all are acting like casinos are not down the street from y’all…. Just Do better. I’m also taking my complaint higher up.

Food was so terrible, was expecting nice food to go with the atmosphere that they are trying to create but failed something miserable. Onion rings were fried to black, crisp with no onion left inside, served with chicken tender pieces mixed in with onion rings. Prime rib sandwich was over cooked and dry. ...I can go and on but why bother, they didn't..

I got a $25 dollar food credit loaded up to my players card. Unfortunately, this is the only restaurant you can dine at during lunch on the weekday that qualifies. The other is Jack Binion's Steak and the Cheese and Wine place. You can not use this on the seafood place or burger bar, but I am sure you can use your compsYou seat yourself in the room and the server will come to you. The menu is overpriced bar food. But you can order sandwiches, meat pies, crawfish pies, soup, salad, street tacos and some dessert. Only thing I am surprised they did not serve is burgers unless I missed itI ended up ordering the philly steak sandwich and 3 scoops of ice cream which totaled to $23 dollars. Steak sandwich was not too bad a little dry, but the fries were good that I ate most of them. Ice cream, I ended up finishing the whole thing. My wife would have loved the salted caramel and black cherry. Food I got it within 15 minutes of ordering and there was only 1 server too.I would not mind eating here again if I had food credit. All the other places open at dinner time and some close on Monday and Tuesday.

.No one greets you at entrance or asked you to be on a list. Second food all is all over price. BLT I think was $14 Third service is horrible once you do get a seat. Stayed 45 mins waiting on drinks. Just all around a place I would not return to or recommend.

It is not open 24 hrs. You can make bets 24 hrs a day on the kiosk inside the poker room, however the lounge is open 10am-12am or similar. Very nice sports book. Not open 24 hrs.

I t has changed so much...no Valet unless Wed -Sunday....Main restaurant gone ...adios Buffett ....gym was open got in 2.5 mile run.The New sports book was open...nice touch...But...Not the Horseshow we grew up with...I am surprised there was actually bath towels in the room....no microwave...Upside ...pocet changed them for 575.00
Restaurants are closed or on reduced hours. First trip I had to go outside of casino/hotel to eat. I do hope they will rise again as the pandemic fades.
