My husband and I were in town for family medical issues. While there, we found this fantastic little gem of a restaurant!! The atmosphere was wonderful, the staff were all fantastic and friendly! Definitely will visit Cafe USA when we return to Bossier City.
Food was home cooked and fresh! very reasonably priced! we had the same waitress 2 days in a row and she remembered us on the second day.

Noticed that I was seated out of sight, to a degree. A guest that entered and seemingly ordered after me received their food before me.
Atomsphere was fair, full of flags and ornaments, noticed one other POC he was a cook. Would think thrice if traveling with family.

Fantastic little spot to eat at! Food tasted like someone is actually in the back cooking it. I was warmly greeted by the staff when I entered and had a very friendly and super attentive server. The atmosphere is clean and cozy. Definitely a spot to try at least once!

Only thing I dislike is that they ASK *WOULD U LIKE TO LEAVE A TIP* vs just letting the customers decide.. now I feel I have to leave a tip cause you've asked & I'd feel like Shii if I didn't leave a tip.. (I only&always order to go I never dine in).. now I'm leaving a tip on my card plus most places take a percentage also for using your debit cards which is sick&sad YAY AMERICA (SMH)...other than that the biscuits are heaven!
Maybe not for everyone but the breakfast anytime food I get here is damn good! Since I’m just here for the week at the AFB I’m going to miss this place. Quick service too!
