Comparing to south Texas alot of the food didnt have flavor. General tao chicken was soupy. Only had 1 beef item. Beef and broccoli was on the older side. They would bring newer B.B but would just dump it over the old B.B. crab on shells was dirt dry, deserts cookies were already stale. Would not come here again just lacking lots of flavor and spices.

Easily the worst buffet I’ve ever been to.

Food is behind. Everything is so full of sugar. Flavor profiles run together. This place needs a serious deep cleaning. Chairs, walls, tables...all of it. Staff is nice. Kids love it here so we stop from time to time on a rushed day. Plenty of options.

They staff is very nice and quick to assist. The food was ok. Not a very big selection. It does have a hibachi bar. They do not sell bottled drinks. The sweet tea was ok. They charge an extra 10% if your group is more than 6 people...even if they are kids.

Food was pretty good, missing some of the things I would look for. Service was excellent, but environment was loud and overly active.

All of the food was absolutely disappointing tonight. The egg drop soup tasted like chemicals the chicken was hard and I could barely bite through it. The crab bake was also crunchy, the fries were undercooked the crab Rangoon was unlike anything I’ve ever had it didn’t even taste like it had crab at all just straight cream cheese. The only thing that was decent was the shrimp. I love china flag and usually find myself at the shreveport location but since I live in Haughton I decided to go to the bossier location. We can only afford to go out to eat once every 2 weeks and I’m sad we wasted our money here. My stomach is killing me now and my sisters face is completely swollen from something she ate there (she regularly eats china flag so I’m not sure what happened there)

Excellent food, enormous variety of foods (all you can eat) friendly and excellent service. Quality is NOT sacrificed for quantity. How do the do it? Exhausting hard work! Nobody ever regrets discovering this wonderful restaurant on Airline Drive in Bossier City. Now I must return very soon for some photographs to stimulate apoetites.

One of our favorite places to eat. You never have to wait on your food..that's a plus. The employees are really nice and make sure you are taken care of.
