It took a while of standing at the register before someone finally said, "we will be with you soon." And then after a while longer we were attended to. The guy seemed to be reluctant to take our order for whatever reason. I’ve been to PJ’s many times in Bossier. They know how much I love their Blueberry lemon cookies. Anytime I call an hour ahead, they will make them for me. Recently, I called & they only had one. Gracie offered to make me some. Allie has done that too! All those that work there are friendly, kind, just so nice. The food is all good! You won’t regret going there. They are the BEST!

I’m no coffee lover, so I’ve always ignored this place, but I wanted a pastry. I love all the food and pastry options at this location! Their muffins and beignets are delicious. Quick & polite service the last 3 times I’ve gone through the drive thru. I will be back for a 4th time soon.
