I’m no coffee lover, so I’ve always ignored this place, but I wanted a pastry. I love all the food and pastry options at this location! Their muffins and beignets are delicious. Quick & polite service the last 3 times I’ve gone through the drive thru. I will be back for a 4th time soon.
This was my first time at a PJs and I will never go back. The service from the minute I walked it was terrible. The blonde at the register did not want to help by giving me a list of flavors carried and acted like I was inconveniencing her. Which I probably was, considering her and the other two workers spent the entire time I was in there badmouthing other coworkers and managers by name. The environment was made toxic by this and made me want to leave. When I got my lattes (which I paid almost $20 for) they were terrible. The espresso was burnt and the shots were the worst I’ve had. I literally threw it out and drove to another coffee shop. This was a terrible experience all the way around. From a fellow coffee shop owner, this is completely unacceptable, patrons shouldn’t have this experience at all.

Amazing benguets. Their coffee and breakfast sandwiches are all so delicious, too. Seem to always have great servers too, very friendly and helpful.

Meh. This isn't the best representation of a PJ'S and I've been to many. No seasonal brews and when asked what is on brew they didn't know (the board said one thing, the bag of beans they pulled up said another), latte was very scorched, sandwiches still frozen in the middle. When we asked for them to be heated they were reluctant to do so. One barrista shouted at the other to "poke" the sandwiches to see if they were warm. As we were waiting for our sandwiches a gentleman came in and the barristas ignored this man, at the register where they were standing, for almost a full minute as they discussed how one of them looked like a character from the movie Clueless... agree, you all looked like clueless characters...

It took a while of standing at the register before someone finally said, "we will be with you soon." And then after a while longer we were attended to. The guy seemed to be reluctant to take our order for whatever reason. It was a fairly simple order: coffee w/ half-and-half, coffee cake, peach palmer, canned drink, and egg bites.Several people came and were served quickly with more complex orders after us, but our order took more than 15 minutes to come out.... and they didn't put the half-and-half in my coffee. When I tried to politely ask for some, I was met with an almost angry response.I have enjoyed many other PJ'S coffee shops in other cities, including my own, but this one needs some staff adjustments.
