Excellent service. Coffee is pretty good. Definitely one of the better options in town.

Very disappointed in this place! I go there for the first time in several years, and the first thing that happens when I get in there is some idiot dong maintenance not watching what he's doing...and it appeared he threw a welcome mat that people had their feet all over in a plastic box, and got crap all over me ...had to leave...what is it with Shreveport-Bossier businesses constantly doing crap like this? Can't these idiots do these things that are obviously inappropriate to do while customers are coming in and out before or after hours?

Visiting from out of town and Coffee on the Red came highly recommended. My coffee was good and service was quick and coffee made to order. The scone is more of a biscuit. Tasty, just not scone texture. The seating area is cozy, not the place for a personal conversation although that didn't stop the people next to me. I'd love to try more items on my next visit.

I ordered from Door Dash. They were quick. However, my coffee was cold and bitter. One of the drinks that I paid over $10 for was the size of a small kids drink. My scone was also cold. There was not enough time for all of this to get cold, which tells me it was like this when the items left the store. Will not be ordering from there again.

My first visit on the road trip. The people are super nice and the atmosphere is comfortable. The food is okay but the coffee is amazing. Talk to them about what you like and they'll fix you up! PS unfortunately they no longer have the egg Puffs.
