Took 2 stars off because customer service was horrible. I came in for the first time and was not greeted. I stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged or at least get a "hi, sorry. We will be right with you" but instead the 3 employees continued on as if I wasn't there. I waited probably 3 minutes to be to finally be acknowledged and have my order taken. The coffee was good which is why I will be back but management should probably give the employees a refresher on how greeting a customer upon entry is highly important especially if they want people to come back. On another day I would've just left if I wasn't acknowledged or greeted within a couple seconds. Also to note, if you use your credit or debit card they charge you an additional 4% to the total. I did not like that.

I had a hot caramel latte which was delicious paired with a chocolate chip sconce because the sweet potato muffin was already sold out. The sconce was just as delicious.

I used to drink Starbucks religiously but I wish I would stop here more often!! The coffee tastes way better, customer service, and speed. All wayyy BETTER. The people are the sweetest and the drinks are amazing. ❤️ #

Amazing hospitality, cute atmosphere, and delicious coffee!***Update: ***I brought my husband today and was so excited for him to try the coffee. He got a velvet cinnamon cold brew, and it was entirely too sweet. I got a standard cold brew with vanilla and almond milk, and it was so bitter that I was unable to drink it
