This damn store was closed at 8pm and it said open until 11pm

Reached store at 9:20pm Friday to find they are locked and cleaning inside when it says it is open till 10pm (not even thanksgiving). Wasted 10 miles of travel. Please change your closing time to 9pm if you are actually closing earlier

Was ignored by the only employee on the shift, he would not get off the phone and I was picking up an Uber eats order! Employee kept pacing back and forth on the phone and totally ignored 5 customers in the line!

Most unprofessional place and felt like workers don’t care. Went in there for a door dash order. The guy looked at the receipt and did not pay attention to the receipt and missed 2/4 ice creams. They also took forever to make two scoops of ice cream and were just fooling around the entire time. Mind you, there were other people waiting as well.

Ordered a custom ice cream cake for my sons birthday. Set the pick-up date and time as we don’t live close. Get there and...no cake. They forgot to do it. Had to wait 3 hours for them to make the cake or cancel the order. So frustrating.

Drove all the way across town and arrived around 8 pm. The doors are locked. Several teens are inside and finally one comes to the door and says there are only two people working and they are closed.
The hours on the door say 9pm is closing time.

Our family of 4 went in last night to get ice cream and my 10 year old daughter was wearing a TRUMP hat. None of the employees acknowledged us and it was very awkward. One girl made gestures towards the hat and put her face in her hands taking deep breaths like it was painful to be in our presence. She continued to stare at the hat an awkwardly long time and then walked back to a young man and told him to deal with us. He said, "I got this" and was nice about scooping our ice cream. (We got 2 instead of 4 because my husband and I were no longer interested in spending money here.) She cashed my husband out without speaking 1 word to him. He told her to have a nice day and dropped $1 in the tip jar. It's a shame we had to experience so much hate from the side that is supposed to be accepting and tolerant. I can tell you 1 thing, we would never treat a Biden voter like that.

The young man that was there was by himself he moved the line fast and was so very nice to each and every customer and I complemented him on his service and his attitude he was so polite I didn't get his name but great job young man need more like him in the customer service industry

Shakes were mixed up bad tasting strictly like milk and we were given smalls instead of regulars and were charged for regulars. Would not recommend.

There were 4 guys working in there, and only 1 were wearing gloves. I had to ask the young man who was helping me to put on gloves. Then another guy came from the back rubbing his nose with the inside of his palm and actually went to pass the guy that was helping me my waffle cone, which he touched with his bare hands, I told him that I didn't want that one he touched with no gloves, then the guy helping me got the cone underneath that one and the un-gloved guy put the other one back as if anyone would or should want that. I will not be back.

The worker that had headphones was unmotivated to work!! Slow to serve customers and lazy to make shakes!!! Workplace was also dirty af! Sadly this is the only coldstone in this place!! Worst experience with people who don't care about their jobs!

This place is great. All the toppings you could possibly want and they will mix anything I got something similar to a Reeses Blast, with white chocolate chips in it...it was amazing.
