I don’t know if it’s this particular location but the cookies and service here is not great. I came in earlier today and ordered 7 cookies. I wasn’t greeted when entered and there were 4 workers that I could see going back and forth about who were going to take care of the customer (me). 2 out of the 7 cookies I ordered were supposed to have been served warm and they weren’t. The smores cookie was way too salty. Might be my last time buying crumbl.
