Donuts were great. Service is ok. There was someone in the back with a really loud and squeaky voice that made it hard to hear the counter-person when they spoke. The place felt like a freezer inside.

The only real issue I have is when they aren't busy, they get my order right, but when they are busy (3 cars+ in the queue), they always always get my order wrong somehow. They misread the label every time, and it's frustrating. Otherwise, I really have no issues. Will update to a better star when they start to read labels better.

Be advised, you will need to be patient at this location because they can be a bit shorthanded, but when I tasted their hot chocolate for the first time, I don't mind waiting.
