We've gone here occasional since they opened... this last visit was a mixed bag.

The store was clean, food good, friendly employees ( Karen, Lori, and the manager), buuuuut...... the selection of donuts was like only 5 or 6.

The donut and Refesher drink were good enough, no complaints.

Over the years, I've seen issues at this place. It comes down to the owner. The times I've been, the employees do the best...

Donuts were great. Service is ok. There was someone in the back with a really loud and squeaky voice that made it hard to hear the counter-person when they spoke. The place felt like a freezer inside.

The only real issue I have is when they aren't busy, they get my order right, but when they are busy (3 cars+ in the queue), they always always get my order wrong somehow. They misread the label every time, and it's frustrating. Otherwise, I really have no issues. Will update to a better star when they start to read labels better.
