The burgers are some of the best I've ever had but the service is horrible and the whole restaurant is dirty the bathroom stink and have your urinal cakes on the floor because it stinks so bad.

We arrived at lunchtime. The restaurant was very dirty. All the empty tables were dirty. We had to wipe down our own table. Several seats were torn and disrepair, trash all over the floor. While the service was friendly, the food just ok & a bit pricey for the quality.

We waited over an hour for 3 burgers, fries, 3 shakes, and 1 order of nachos. People were walking out left and right. The person at the register was on his personal phone, having a full conversation while we stood there waiting to be acknowledged at all, much less give our order. They were cooking TWO burgers at a time. One person was cooking. One person literally stood there the whole time we were there. One lady was working her tail off. Making shakes, checking the toppings bar, and finally stepped in to take orders. The orders will piling up at the take out area. A CUSTOMER started calling the names out of the tickets of the food ready, because it was getting cold. The fries were cold and the burger subpar for Fudruckers. We got there are least three hours before closing. We put in our shake order around 6:00pm. After that they said they started saying they were out of shake mix. As shakes sat melting because people left due to the wait. The only good thing is our group was able to get the three tables on the patio. The kids played in the grass just off the patio. We all had good conversation while waiting. I had been looking forward to going to Fudruckers for over a week. We love Fudruckers. Usually, that is.

Very good food but absolutely filthy for a food joint...from the floors..which are so sticky my wife sandel stuck to the carpet..mens restroom walls around the urinal covered in piss..wall mounted towel dispenser broken..the roll of towels in the sink....but the hamburger was tasty...but will never eat there again.
The burgers are GREAT ??? Customer service is just as great. One of the orders was messed up but they fixed it with no problem. Some places pitch fits and have attitudes when there's a problem but these folks were awesome. Didn't take long for the food to come out either but it was great ?? Just talking about them makes me want another because the taste keeps coming back ???The place is on the Boardwalk and it's not as bustling as it used to be but the food is still good ??Parking: It's at the boardwalk so there's a parking garage right next to it and it's handicap friendly.

We were told there was a 40 minute wait for burgers even though there were 3 cooks standing around talking to each other. We were at the counter when the lady told us this. They had no shakes because tge front lady said no one poured in any mix. We were st the Boardwalk in Bossier City. We left just like the other customers behind us. Very frustrating.

The burgers were delicious....that's the only good thing about this place. While we were waiting for our food someone came in with a complaint. We sat near the door but could hear every unprofessional word that came from (I'm assuming) the manager. The place was filthy. Most of the tabletops were either sticky or still had trash on them. One of the only booths without any rips or tears in the seat had someone stretched out sleeping in it. And the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. It's no wonder the Boardwalk has become a ghost town. If we're paying $60 for 3 burgers, you'd think it'd be little classier. So very disappointed.
