For anyone that isn't aware that Ichiban in Bossier has new owners, they do. They are the family that owned the former Jabez and Jabes. The food is so good! This is my meal from last night. This is filet mignon cooked medium rare and it was AMAZING! Just like always! I switch out the vegetable mix for just broccoli and I omit the onions from the fried rice. They never have any problems with customizing my order like this. I wish I had taken pictures of other meals but I didn't think to. If you eat sushi then definitely give them a try because everyone that I know that eats sushi loves theirs. They also have a private area for parties and such which would be great for upcoming Christmas parties and get togethers. Give them a try and support local!

Food is delicious! Service is superb! Jake is our fav, definitely can't find a friendlier guy! He always has a positive attitude, a man that is blessed even on a bad day!! Kudos Skylar & April, and the rest of the staff!

Poor service unclean 25 for this crapThe food and service was crap Rude staff Owner so say wouldn't even come an see what his restaurant had a problem he was in the same building smh the guy that take are of Togo orders not stable at all gives you all types of vibes not good ..

Everyone hates on this restaurant for random things , but this is a reliable option for Asian food in Shreveport. The chicken and beef always come out tender and extremely flavorful. I always get the bonzai and have enough for 2 meals.I've only taken to go, but my order has been right, been fresh and tasty every time. Every person is friendly when I come in and always asks if I need any extra sauce/utensils. I can't speak for their sushi, but I stick to their hibachi option every time and have been satisfied. Sure, this isn't the best restaurant I've ever tried, but I would take this over the other the other less than exciting options in Shreveport.

WARNING!! FIND A DIFFERENT RESTAURANT!! If I could give ichiban negative stars, I would most definitely. But since one star is the lowest possible rating, here ya go. I attempted to order some take out via phone for my son. I was immediately put hold for well over 20 minutes. After being on hold for so long, I decided to drive to the establishment & just order it in person. Upon arrival & still on hold via phone, staff was rude, apathetic & unconcerned that I had been on hold. And then basically told me they were no longer taking any more orders at 8:30 pm, definitely way before they closed. I simply wanted to order my son some food. I personally will never spend another dime with this horrible place
