For anyone that isn't aware that Ichiban in Bossier has new owners, they do. They are the family that owned the former Jabez and Jabes. The food is so good! This is my meal from last night. This is filet mignon cooked medium rare and it was AMAZING! Just like always! I switch out the vegetable mix for just broccoli and I omit the onions from the fried rice. Food is delicious! Service is superb! Jake is our fav, definitely can't find a friendlier guy! He always has a positive attitude, a man that is blessed even on a bad day!! Kudos Skylar & April, and the rest of the staff!
Everyone hates on this restaurant for random things , but this is a reliable option for Asian food in Shreveport. The chicken and beef always come out tender and extremely flavorful. I always get the bonzai and have enough for 2 meals.I've only taken to go, but my order has been right, been fresh and tasty every time.
