This place makes no sense. I had my food less than 5 mins and I took it back. It was old and nasty. I got the noodles with burbon chicken and green beans. The beans were so hard it seemed like I could take them out back and plant them as seeds. I also got cream cheese rangoons that were hard as well. I just left this place a few mins ago and this has to be the worst food in the state of Louisiana. I ordered my food (noodles, burbon chicken, green beans, and crab rangoons) and immediately took it back. The ladies were rude and told me they don't do refunds and I had to choose another food. I told them the green beans were hard and they told me that's how green beans cook and they have been there 30 yrs without a complaint. I don't want to hold the entire mall against this poor little last remaining food spot. But it's the malls fault everything is failing. Including the mandarin express. I used to look forward to eating here every week. On this occasion the options were typical. They just weren't great. I got the beef and broccoli- along with the bourbon street chicken. The broccoli was almost raw. And the flavors were not fantastic. All in all- I kinda wish I had gone to Panda Express.
