I don't want to hold the entire mall against this poor little last remaining food spot. But it's the malls fault everything is failing. Including the mandarin express. I used to look forward to eating here every week. On this occasion the options were typical. They just weren't great. I got the beef and broccoli- along with the bourbon street chicken. The broccoli was almost raw. And the flavors were not fantastic. All in all- I kinda wish I had gone to Panda Express.

This place makes no sense. I had my food less than 5 mins and I took it back. It was old and nasty. I got the noodles with burbon chicken and green beans. The beans were so hard it seemed like I could take them out back and plant them as seeds. I also got cream cheese rangoons that were hard as well. I took the food back and the ladies were extremely rude. She told me they have never had anyone complain and I find that hard to believe. I told them I don’t care about anyone else only me and the food is not good. They refused to do a refund and told me I had to exchange it for other food. I left the food on the counter and left. Don’t waste your time or your money on this place.

I just left this place a few mins ago and this has to be the worst food in the state of Louisiana. I ordered my food (noodles, burbon chicken, green beans, and crab rangoons) and immediately took it back. The ladies were rude and told me they don't do refunds and I had to choose another food. I told them the green beans were hard and they told me that's how green beans cook and they have been there 30 yrs without a complaint. The situation was quickly going down hill and it was apparent I wasn't getting my money back so I left the food on the counter along with the receipt. I was so mad I wasted $30 on food that was the worst thing ever.

Did a GrubHub order. Food was inedible and disgusting. Got a 2 entree combo. Bourbon Chicken might as well have been jerky, Honey Chicken was down right awful and the noodles were like one big clump. If I could give it less than a 1 I would. Don't waste your money. Whoever is cooking needs to be slapped.

This place is terrible, as a traveling man this is the worse Chinese food I’ve ever had. It’s loaded with msg that leaves a nasty taste in your mouth and makes the food bland. And for 10 bucks they don’t really give you much. Also beware of the ccp.

Went here Saturday and was disappointed. I ordered the cream cheese Rangoons and they were the worst I've ever had. They weren't hot and almost tasted stale. Barely any crunch and was chewy. Idk how long they had them sitting out, but it was nasty. I also had a 2 item combo with lo mein, bourbon chicken, and another type of chicken (can't remember) and it upset my stomach . I'll never eat from them again, and would not recommend to anyone.

They are in the food court at Pierre bossier mall. I paid 19.13. Smallest to go plate they manufactur..I've stood there watching them fill the to go up. I got one scoop of @. Sorry to say. I could have chosen any place. Huge let down and parking
