“My waitress was a sweetheart and the food was delicious. Dined here for dinner while I was traveling for work and they did not disappoint. I had a nice glass of Pinot wine with their OMG rolls, gyoza and I had an egg roll to go. Everything was so good! Very clean and quiet spot. I will definitely return!“
“Sushiko is excellent in all ways. The owner and his family are personally involved, every day, in running the restaurant and seeing to the highest quality of service and food. The fish is always extremely fresh, the portions generous, and the rolls very well prepared.I've had sushi from coast to coast, in places of extraordinarily high price and fancy ambience, and Sushiko's quality keeps up with them.Bossier-Shreveport restaurants often find it challenging, to say the least, to locate and hire friendly and effective service staff. However that is not an issue at Sushiko; I can say with all confidence I have not even once received anything less than excellent service, and I've been eating here for nearly a decade.Sushiko is easily the best sushi experience in northwest Louisiana! And even if you're not having sushi, it is a simple choice if you want excellent food and an unbeatable experience - and all for a modest (low!) price!“
“Just wanna start off saying I bring the wife and kids here ALLLLLL the time and I just love the service. You walk in and you’re greeted with a friendly face and a heart warming smile. The environment really makes you feel at home. And the food. GOD! It’s so amazing. There’s not isn’t a bad thing on the menu and let me tell ya. I’ve had everything. The sushi BOMBING. The hibachi BOMBING. Honestly the best place to eat in Shreveport/bossier.“
“I love the sushi rolls, the hibachi steak, the atmosphere with great servers, great customers and all around amazing dishes. If you had a subpar experience before, try them 1 more time!Vegetarian options: Spring rolls, vegetable rolls, and vegetables and riceKid-friendliness: No alcohol, party room for larger reservations.Parking: Mall parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible“
“For anyone that isn't aware that Ichiban in Bossier has new owners, they do. They are the family that owned the former Jabez and Jabes. The food is so good! This is my meal from last night. This is filet mignon cooked medium rare and it was AMAZING! Just like always! I switch out the vegetable mix for just broccoli and I omit the onions from the fried rice. They never have any problems with customizing my order like this. I wish I had taken pictures of other meals but I didn't think to. If you eat sushi then definitely give them a try because everyone that I know that eats sushi loves theirs. They also have a private area for parties and such which would be great for upcoming Christmas parties and get togethers. Give them a try and support local!“
“We went for our annual Galentine event. We really enjoyed our witty chef. I would highly recommend taking your friends and family for a wonderful experience. The food was excellent.Kid-friendliness: Children would really enjoy how the chef engages with you, while he prepares your meals.“
“Best and original wings and rice restaurant in Shreveport/Bossier area.I recommend to call ahead 10-15 minutes prior to have your order ready...all orders served in to go containers. Order bone in wings and rice...you will not be disappointed. If you stray from that I have nothing for you (and no, boneless wings don't count...those are called chicken nuggets). Order what the place is named after.Recommend: Spicy Honey Mustard, Spicy Peanut, Kiss the Dragon, Sweet Chili. (those are my favorites in descending order)“
“Locally, one of the best sushi spots. So, if you don't travel a lot, a 5th star on the food might be in order. They were busy but seated us and served us quickly. We each ordered 2 rolls so we could mix and match and had the sashimi salad and tempura veggie appetizers to share.Parking: Small strip mall, but even busy, we found a decent spot, and we're parked and inside within minutes.Kid-friendliness: Lots of families!“
