JB steakhouse was absolute fabulous! The bacon wrapped pork tenderloin was seasoned to perfection. The sea bass was tender and paired well with mushroom. The surf and turf was phenomenal! Our service was excellent!

At the end of February I had the opportunity to bring my dad to dinner. We were sat at a table and my first thought was "we do not belong here", but as soon as we met our waiter Arturo we felt a kinship and welcomed with. From personal experience the ribeye was delicious and there grilled asparagus was seasoned perfectly and had a great crunch as well. Everything we order was delectable. We also were treated very a well by another waiter named Shaun I believe. Can not wait till we go back!

A solid steakhouse in the area and a good place for a date. The food was all, for the most part, delicious and enjoyable. While they cooked the steak exactly as requested, Jack Binion’s does have some stiff competition in the Shreveport-Bossier area. The steak did pale in comparison with those from some other steakhouses in the area. The escargot was a dish I hadn’t really seen anywhere else and it was delectable. Furthermore, it did take about 15 mins after we were seated for our waiter to come and introduce himself. This was Valentine’s Day so the restaurant was incredibly busy and therefore we can let that go with some grace. The service was otherwise spot on. Overall, wouldn’t mind going back again in the future.Parking: The restaurant is located in the Horseshoe Casino, which has a free parking garage.

It was everything I thought it would be. I sat at the bar so I probably got better service than tables. The wedge salad is deconstructed and it is odd. $17 and I wanted to cry. Prime rib was tasty (get blackened) and decent value considering the prices of everything else.

A slightly more upscale restaurant hidden within The Horsehoe Casino Resort. The hostess, servers, and waiters were all very cordial and polite. I had a great customer service experience here I ordered the Crab Bisque and the Surf and Turf (7oz filet and lobster tail) The complementary bread was a good portion size and came with 3 different butters. I enjoyed the garlicky one the most. The Crab Bisque had a much different flavor profile than what I would usually expect. It had good flavor, but it was weak. There was a lot of crab meat inside, so that's a plus. The surf and turf was probably the worst part of this meal. The steak was not seasoned whatsoever and was overcooked. The size of the lobster tail made me happy at first, but it had no flavor either. Overall a disappointing experience since I had higher hopes for the food.

I wanted to do a birthday dinner for my husband and as military that just relocated to Shreveport, we had no idea where to go. I found Jack Binion's on Yelp and noticed that it was in the Horseshoe. On the outside this resort doesn't look like much so I was a little skeptical. I am so glad that I reserved this dinner anyway! This was a fantastic experience! The inside of the resort was so cool! It was a little confusing to find the restaurant and we ended up at the wrong one, but once we got to Jack Binion's it was great! DJ was our server and he did a fantastic job! He made great recommendations and even though there was confusion on our end on what “barbecue shrimp” actually was, the meals were awesome! The atmosphere was calm and romantic even though the casino was booming outside. We were able to have great conversation with friends in a relaxing environment. There were people in casual clothes, but this place definitely gave upscale vibes as did the pricing lol. Needless to say we'll be back! :)

When traveling back through Bossier City we had to stop one more time for dinner at Jack Binions Steakhouse. The food and service was outstanding. Bulmaro our waiter took care of our every need. He was so friendly and attentive, we did not have to ask for anything as he was on top of it along with Darrius. We tried a different steak the NY Strip encrusted with peppercorns, steak cooked to perfection and soooooo good fork tender. Twice baked potato was yummy too. Great service and food in a cozy place.

We came to celebrate my winter birthday. Our waiter Fredrick was outstanding. He was attentive, engaging, & provided exceptional service. The environment was friendly. The food was just okay. It was nothing spectacular. I ordered a Dauo cabernet & Escargot which were perfect & the JB Seafood Pasta which I didn't finish because it was bland. One friend ordered a Raspberry Martini, the Crab Cakes, they were just okay not that great & Filet Oscar which she liked. My other friend got the a lemon drop Martini & Beef Short Rib, she didn't like either & Herb Infused Chicken which was good to her. We decided to order one of my favorite desserts the turtle cheesecake to split. It was horrible idea. None of us liked it at all.

This used to be such a special place to go, but since Covid, the overall service and food has gone significantly down hill. The prices are the only thing that's gone up. Very disappointing.

Everything was great except for our server Dee who was inattentive , rude and unprofessional . We spoke to management and they reassured us that they valued our business and were very kind. We have dined here multiple times and love the food and staff
