Johnny's Pizza House

This location used to be great! Every time I come here now there’s a big problem. I placed on online order tonight thinking perhaps that would expedite things. First, I was unable to use my 20% off coupon for ONLINE orders only. The girl said “oh that doesn’t work online.” I was given a pickup time of 7:06. At 7:06 they had not even started on the order. Then I was told they don’t have 3 sets of breadsticks so I am getting 2 and I set of cheese sticks. Others here waiting have similar experiences here. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

The quality has gone downhill. The last time we placed a to go order it was nasty.

How about making the menu easier to pull up online!!!!!

Johnny's has been my favorite pizza place since I was a kid. There's just nothing else like it locally. Staff is friendly and orders are always correct.

These guys rock...the best pizza in our lil town!

There's lots of competition around this area for Pizza but so far no one has compared to Johnny's Pizza House. They have some fantastic specialty pizzas and their staff is very prompt when it comes to ordering online and having it ready to pick up when you arrive. Our kids really love it too!

We love Johnny's. Every time we come in to town from Houston, we get Johnny's at least twice and even take some back home with us. Absolutely delish!!

At the location of 5510 Airline dr was TRASH!!! I had to sit over 30mins to get my food, for a scheduled online order. And when i got my food it was cold and one of the pizzas was burnt... the JOHNNYS MAN ROLLING OVER IN HIS GRAVE at that location....

Call in order. Was told 40 min wait. Arrived at 45 min mark. Paid. Edited another 30 minutes. There were other customers complaining. Nothing but excuses. Girl said I had to understand they had only 10 workers but only two making pizzas. Why is it our problem. Terrible

This place is always a mess. I’ve never received my food on time. Today my order was 45 minutes past the quoted time. If it’s going to be longer, that’s fine… Tell me that. Don’t make me wait in the lobby. Wouldn’t suggest anyone order and pay online. Johnny’s is literally the best pizza around. But it has to be accompanied with good business practices as well. The food won’t keep me coming back if you continually disrespect my time.

As a dine in customer we waited about an hour for our pizza, they were busy. When we inquired about how much longer it would be they said it would be at least another 20 minutes since they couldn’t find the ticket and never put the pizza in. Will not be back.

I’m not sure what the problem is but they never have enough staff to answer the phone or to cook the pizzas or to deliver the pizzas… and when they do they are usually not their best effort.. they need to take a page from the Haughton store. They are always on point!
