Delicious food that hits the spot
Great food! One of my favs!
The food is good but they always mess up the extra stuff you request and the add-on stuff you ask for and pay for and you get nothing. It’s ridiculous. Can you read a ticket? The people on the phone are unfamiliar with the menu. Ordered tonight. Dissatisfied. Lost money because I didn’t get what I ordered.

Based on the reviews, Shane’s Seafood & Barbecue offers great food and wonderful customer service. The boiled crawfish and boiled shrimp were good with a spot-on taste. The fish and fried dill pickles were a favorite until the red beans were tasted, described as absolutely the best. The Catfish Lafitte was outstanding, and the red beans and rice were spectacular. Every single thing was seasoned and good. The atmosphere was great, and the noise was not an issue at this small location. Some meals had issues, like no barbecue sauce with the brisket and a soggy or undercooked bun on the burger, but the burger itself was very good. The delivery lady did an excellent job. A complaint was that a small order of fried green tomatoes was not available, as a regular order is enough for at least six. Overall, it is a place where customers are never disappointed.
